Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the General and Specialist Medical Practice (Education, Training and Qualifications) Order 2010 (Commencement No.1) Order of Council 2010.

Section 2 Appointed day

1st April 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the General and Specialist Medical Practice (Education, Training and Qualifications) Order 2010—

(a) article 3;

(b) article 4 and Schedule 1, except in relation to paragraph 12 of that Schedule; and

(c) article 7 and Schedule 3, except in relation to paragraph 5 of that Schedule.
