Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Children’s Trust Board (Relevant Partners) (Exceptions) (England) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st April 2010.

Section 2Prescribed relevant partners for the purposes of section 12A(4) of the Children Act 2004

A Strategic Health Authority is a relevant partner of a prescribed description for the purposes of section 12A(4) of the Children Act 2004.
