Section 1Title and commencement
This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Marine Management Organisation (Prescription of Powers to Fix Fees and Charges) Order 2010; and
(b) comes into force on 1st April 2010.

Section 2Prescription of powers to fix fees and charges
Any power of the Secretary of State to fix a fee or charge contained in the provisions set out in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 17 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
