Section 1
This order may be cited as the Export Control (Uzbekistan) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 29th March 2010.

Section 2
The Export Control (Uzbekistan) Order 2005 is revoked.
Section 3
In Schedule 4 to the Export Control Order 2008 Uzbekistan is deleted from Part 2 and inserted in Part 4 at the appropriate place in the list of countries.
