Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
(2) They come into force on 31st March 2010.

Section 2Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997
In paragraph 3(1A)(b) in Part II (Scale of Payments) of Schedule 2 to the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997 —
(a) for “43 pence” substitute “41 pence”; and
(b) for “£17,200” substitute “£16,400”.
