Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Moratorium) (Prescribed Steps) Order 2010.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2010.

Section 2Prescribed steps

Any step to enforce security over land held by a registered provider of social housing shall be a prescribed step for the purposes of sections 144 or 145 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
