Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Penalty and Compensation Notices) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2010.

Section 2Period for payment

For the purposes of section 228(2)(d) and 240(2)(e) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, the Regulator of Social Housing must specify a period of at least 28 days.
