Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Operating Licence Conditions) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2 Amendment

(1) The Gambling Act 2005 (Operating Licence Conditions) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(3) for “50 pence” substitute “£1”.

(3) In regulation 3(6)—

(a) in paragraph (a) for “£50” substitute “£100”;

(b) in paragraph (b) for “£35” substitute “£70”.
