The Health Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2010
Section 2Appointed days for provisions relating to pharmaceutical services
(1) 18th March 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 25 of the Health Act 2009, but only for the purpose of making regulations under section 128A of the National Health Service Act 2006 .
(2) 24th May 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 25 of the Health Act 2009, in so far as not already in force.
