Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Notification of Conventional Tower Cranes (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 6 th April 2010.

Section 2Amendment of the Notification of Conventional Tower Cranes Regulations 2010

In paragraph (4) of regulation 3 (Application) of the Notification of Conventional Tower Cranes Regulations 2010 , after the word “supplied” insert the words “by that person”.
