Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st April 2010.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust
(1) The Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
(2) The Bedfordshire and Luton Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999 and the Bedfordshire and Luton Community National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) (Establishment) Order 2005 are revoked.
