Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Immigration Services Commissioner (Designated Professional Body) (Fees) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 21st April 2010.

Section 2Fees

(1) The fee to be paid to the Commissioner by each designated professional body for the year 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010 shall be the sum specified in the Schedule to this Order.

(2) The fee shall be paid on or before 30th April 2010.
