Section 1 Citation, commencement, and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc.) (Modification) Order (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come in force on 15th April 2010.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the Redundancy Payments (Continuity of Employment in Local Government, etc.) (Modification) Order 1999 .

Section 2 Amendments to Schedule 1 to the principal Order

Schedule 1 to the principal Order (employment to which this Order applies: employers immediately before the relevant event) is amended in accordance with articles 3 to 9.
