Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st June 2011.

Section 2Revocation of 2011 Order
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2011 is revoked.
Section 3Amendment of 1986 Order
In the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 , as amended by the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2009 , for Schedule 1 there is substituted Schedule 1 as set out in the Schedule to this Order.
