Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Proceedings (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st June 2011.

Section 2 Amendments to the Insolvency Proceedings (Fees) Order 2004

In the definition of “appropriate deposit” in article 6(1) of the Insolvency Proceedings (Fees) Order 2004 —

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£1,000” substitute “£1,165”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£450” substitute “£525”; and

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£600” substitute “£700”.

Section 3 Transitional Provision

The amendments made by this Order apply only to petitions presented on or after 1st June 2011.
