Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 30th June 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010

The Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010 is amended as follows.
