Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (Amendment of Schedule 16) (England) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 30th June 2011.

(2) This Order applies in relation to land in England only.

Section 2 Amendments

Schedule 16 (Bodies to whom Part X applies) to the Act is amended as follows—

(a) after paragraph 5BZB insert—

(5BZC) The Greater London Authority.

(b) after paragraph 5BB insert—

(5BC) Transport for London.

(c) after paragraph 5CC insert—

(5CD) The British Transport Police.
