Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 4) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 8th July 2011.

Section 2Amendment of an instrument

Part II of Schedule 1 to the European Convention on Extradition (Dependent Territories) Order 1996 is amended by replacing the words “St Helena” and “St Helena and Dependencies” with the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
