Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 5) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 8th July 2011.

Section 2 Amendment of an instrument

Schedule 4 to the Extradition (Internationally Protected Persons) Order 1997 and the Extradition (Taking of Hostages) Order 1997 are amended by—

(a) deleting the words “and Dependencies” after the words “Falkland Islands”;

(b) inserting in the list of territories, in the appropriate alphabetical position, “South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands”;

(c) replacing the words “St Helena and Dependencies” with the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
