Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Defence Service (General) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 30th June 2011.

The Criminal Defence Service (General) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2011
Section 2
The Criminal Defence Service (General) (No. 2) Regulations 2001 are amended in accordance with regulation 3.
Section 3
In regulation 3(2), after sub-paragraph (s) insert—
(t) proceedings under sections 26, 27 and 29 of the Crime and Security Act 2010 relating to domestic violence protection notices and domestic violence protection orders.
