Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 4th July 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004

(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Register) Regulations 2004 (“the Principal Regulations ”) shall be amended in accordance with these Regulations.
(2) Regulation 4(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by substituting for “and 10”, “, 10 and 11”.
(3) After Part 10 of the Schedule to the Principal Regulations insert —
