Section 1Citation and Commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2011.

(2) This Order comes into force on 14th July 2011.

Section 2Amendment to the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2003

(1) The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2003 is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1 after “Vietnam” insert “Yemen”.
