Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011 and comes into force on 3 rd July 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 2011

The Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 2011 is amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 2011

In article 1 (citation and commencement), after paragraph (d) insert a new paragraph—

(e) for all other purposes, on 4 th July 2011.
