Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 26th July 2011.

Section 2
In paragraph 48(2) of Part 4 of the Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001 , at the end insert—
(g) a housing association within the meaning of Part 2 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 .
