Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st September 2011.

Section 2Amendment to the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 2008

(1) The Childcare (Fees) Regulations 2008 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 10(7), for “2011” substitute “2012”.
