Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2011.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 11th July 2011

The following provisions of the Equality Act 2010 come into force on 11th July 2011—

(a) section 37;

(b) section 202(1) so far as it relates to the provisions set out in paragraphs (c) and (d);

(c) section 202(3);

(d) section 202(4) so far as it inserts subsections (3B) and (3C) into section 6A of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (power to approve premises for the registration of civil partnerships).
