These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Drink and Drugs) (Cambridgeshire Guided Busway) Regulations 2011 and they come into force on 5th August 2011.

The Road Traffic (Drink and Drugs) (Cambridgeshire Guided Busway) Regulations 2011
In these Regulations—
(a) “ the Act ” means the Road Traffic Act 1988;
(b) “the TWA Order ” means the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005 ;
(c) “the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway” has the meaning which “the authorised guided busway” has in the TWA Order.
(1) Sections 4 to 11 of the Act apply to vehicles on the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway with the modifications specified in paragraph (2).
(2) Those modifications are that—
(a) references to a “road” are deemed to include reference to the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway;
(b) references to a “motor vehicle” are deemed to include reference to a mechanically propelled vehicle intended or adapted for use on the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway.
