Section 1Citation, application and commencement
This Order, which applies to England only, may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Small Business Rate Relief) (England) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 3rd August 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating (Small Business Rate Relief) (England) Order 2004
(1) The Non-Domestic Rating (Small Business Rate Relief) (England) Order 2004 is amended as follows.
(2) For the heading for article 7, substitute “Amount of E between 1st October 2010 and 30th September 2012”.
(3) In article 7(1), for “2011”, substitute “2012”.
