The Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 2011

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 27th July 2011.

Section 2

(1) Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Consular Fees Order 2011 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph A(a) and (b) and in paragraph B, after “in addition to direct costs if any” insert “,other than delivery costs to the extent that these fall within paragraphs BA to BC, and in addition to any fee relevant to the application set out in paragraphs BA to BC”.

(3) After paragraph B insert–

The amendments made by this Order to the Consular Fees Order 2011 do not apply in relation to an application where any passport provided will be printed other than in the United Kingdom.
