Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as The Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2011.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 shall come into force on 13th July 2011:

section 13 but only to the extent that it relates to paragraphs 12, 13, 19, 21 and 22 of Schedule 2;

section 38 but only to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedule 6 specified below;

in Schedule 6 the repeal of section 17 of the National Lottery etc Act 1993 , the whole of the Horserace Totalisator Board Act 1997 , and in Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 , “The Horserace Totalisator Board”.
