Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Church of England Pensions (Sodor and Man) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

(2) They come into force on the day immediately following the day on which they are approved by the General Synod.

Section 2 Dean of cathedral of diocese of Sodor and Man

In Schedule 1 to the Church of England Pensions Regulations 1988 , at the end of paragraph 2, insert “and in the table “ dean ” does not include the office of dean of the cathedral church of the diocese of Sodor and Man”.
