Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 12th August 2011.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.

Section 2Prescribed police stations

The police stations listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are prescribed for the purposes of section 87(1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Section 3Revocation

Schedule 1 to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations 2010 is revoked.
