This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No.2) Order 2011 and comes into force on 22nd August 2011.

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No.2) Order 2011
A safety zone is established around each installation specified in column 1 of the Schedule (being installations stationed in waters to which subsection (7) of section 21 of the Petroleum Act 1987 applies) having a radius of five hundred metres, as respects that installation, from the point which has the co-ordinates of latitude and longitude according to the World Geodetic System 1984 specified in columns 2 and 3 of the Schedule.
In the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 2011 , in column 2 of the Schedule, in the entry for the latitude north co-ordinates of Kinnoull Towhead, for 58°14.23’ substitute 58°14.30’.
In the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 1997 , in Schedule 1, omit the entry for Linnhe Protective Structure including its co-ordinates.
In the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No 5) Order 2007 , in the Schedule, omit the entry for Tristan North West Subsea Production Well (49/29b-J) including its co-ordinates.
