Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 1st October 2011.

Section 2Amendments to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007
(1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 shall be amended as follows.
(2) For regulation 3 (application form to engage in licensable conduct), substitute the following:
Form of the application to engage in licensable conduct
(3) The form of the application for the grant of a licence and the information to accompany that application must be as determined by the Authority.
(3) Schedule 1 (application form to engage in licensable conduct) is omitted.
