Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 3 rd October 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 2010

Regulation 1(3) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 2010 is revoked, and for “Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent” in the heading to that regulation there is substituted “Citation, commencement and interpretation”.
