Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (New Method of Instituting Proceedings) (Public Prosecutor Specification) Order 2011 and comes into force on 3rd October 2011.

Section 2

Transport for London is specified as a public prosecutor for the purposes of section 29 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
