Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st November 2011.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is revoked.
