This Order may be cited as the International Renewable Energy Agency (Legal Capacities) Order 2011 and shall come into force on the date on which the Statute of the International Renewable Energy Agency signed in Bonn on 26th January 2009 enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom.
The International Renewable Energy Agency is an organisation of which the United Kingdom and other sovereign Powers are members.
The International Renewable Energy Agency shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
