Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons Act 2008 (Commencement No. 4) (England) Order 2011.

Section 2 Appointed day

14th November 2011 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 1 of the Children and Young Persons Act 2008 (power to enter into arrangements for discharge of care functions) in relation to the following local authorities—

(a) Barnet London Borough Council,

(b) Redbridge London Borough Council,

(c) Shropshire Council, and

(d) Sunderland City Council.
