Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Middleton Railway Drewry Car) and (Cairngorm Funicular Railway) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 19th December 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Middleton Railway Drewry Car) Exemption Order 2002
(1) The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Middleton Railway Drewry Car) Exemption Order 2002 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 6(b) for the words “the Middleton Railway in Leeds” substitute “a network listed in the Schedule to the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Networks) Exemption Order 2010 .”
Section 3Amendment of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Cairngorm Funicular Railway) Exemption Order 2002
Article 6 of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Cairngorm Funicular Railway) Exemption Order 2002 is omitted.
