Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Section 2Amendment of the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004

In article 3(2) of the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004 for “eleven” substitute “seven”.
