This Order may be cited as the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011.

The Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011
Section 2
The following provisions of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 shall come into force on 31st March 2012—
(a) section 51 (Northern Ireland credit unions);
(b) section 52 (consequential amendments and repeals) so far as relating to section 51;
(c) paragraph 11 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 (consequential amendments); and
(d) Part 2 of Schedule 2 (repeals and revocations).
