Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 9th January 2012.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is revoked.
