Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Suffolk Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st January 2012.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Suffolk Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Local Health Partnerships National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999 is revoked.
