Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) (Revocation) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 18th January 2012.

(2) This Order extends to the territories specified in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 2Revocation

The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2004 is revoked.
