Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2011.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Crime and Security Act 2010.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 9th January 2012

The day appointed for the coming into force of the following sections of the Act is 9th January 2012:

(a) section 34 (grant of injunction: minimum age);

(b) section 35 (review on respondent to injunction becoming 18);

(c) section 36 (consultation of youth offending team);

(d) section 39 (powers of court on breach of injunction by respondent under 18).
