These Regulations may be cited as the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st August 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004
(1) The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In regulation 3 omit the definition of “academic year”;
(3) In regulation 4 for “£1310” substitute “£1345” and for “£3290” substitute “£3375”;
(4) In regulation 5 for “£650” substitute “£665” and for “£1640” substitute “£1680”.
Section 3Revocation of the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 are revoked.
