Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Crown Recognised Spectrum Access) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 14th March 2011.

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Crown Recognised Spectrum Access) Regulations 2009

The Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy (Crown Recognised Spectrum Access) Regulations 2009 is amended by inserting, after “429–430 Megahertz”—
