Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 28th March 2011.

(2) This Order extends to England, Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Amendment to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order 2001

In paragraph 1(a) of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order 2001 , omit “4-methylmethcathinone”.

Section 3Revocation

Paragraph (a) of article 2 of the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2010 is revoked.
