Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2Revocation

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency Trading Fund Order 2004 and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency Trading Fund (Variation) Order 2005 are revoked.
